Posts 9 I am looking to run TT5 1/8th mile in `08,this is for many reasons, some being NHRA rules in regards too the 7.50e.t.,weights,e.t`s,mph,combos,parity,cost,etc....
This will also allow us to open up the rules with regards to Turbo/Supercharger limits etc....If you havent been to an 1/8th mile race in other parts of the country,ie.Texas,Georgia,Alabama,Carolinas,Florida,etc...you are missing some great side-by-side racing and the best atmosphere in drag racing!.I think the guy`s that have run will agree with me and most likely be in favor of this!,o.k. LETS HEAR WHAT YOU THINK RACERS! I would really like to hear from the current and future True Ten 5 racers, but, all input is encouraged! Thanks ! , Tim Rigby

Posts 1 Tim,
You are right we were not in favor of 1/8 mile racing until we raced in Texas and it is some of the coolest most intense racing we have ever seen not to mention the huge decrease in motor failures and down time.
So to answer your question YES we would be in favor of the change.

How about OUTLAW 10.5 going to 1/8 mile?

I must agree with holders crew,it is extremly fun and causes less ware and tear on your equipment, and i think it greatly levels the playing feild between turbo and nitrous.
