The WEST COAST HOT ROD ASSOCIATION is a racing organization developed after many months of research/communication with racers all over the Western U.S. We at the WCHRA are dedicated to providing  a professional atmosphere geared towards benefiting the most important factor of success, "The Racer". The WCHRA will ensure safe racetrack facilities, safety driven revised Class Rules and the highest payouts in the West! It is our goal to seek out the best media sources (T.V., Magazines, Internet, etc...) to get the coverage and publicity our racers.

We will have 5 events for 2009. The first is at the Speedworld Dragstrip in Phoenix, Arizona, with the final four at the famous AAA Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield, CA.         ***Both facilities are under the NHRA sanction***


The 2009 Championship Points Chase will be a best 4 out of 5,the racer with the best 4 Race total will be the Class Champion.
All racers who compete at more than 1 WCHRA Event in 2009 will be required to be a member,you will be required to become a member before racing at your 2nd event,you may race 1 event without being a member.

We have lowered the Yearly Membership Fee to $30,each member will recieve a 2009 MEMBER T-Shirt & Decal,We hope that this reduction in price from $50 to $30 will help just a little in these tough economic times.
